​Accordingly, the Department of Health, the Department of Industry and Trade, the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, the People's Committees of districts, towns, cities and relevant branches, based on the functions and tasks of each branch, each unit urgently implement immediately the strengthening of the inspection and supervision of food production and trading establishments. In particular, it is necessary to strictly deal with organizations and individuals that produce and trade in fake and poor quality food, which do not ensure food safety and hygiene; promptly publicize violations of food safety regulations to people; disseminate establishments, individuals and addresses of production and trading of safe food to the community.

Along with that, regularly organizing interdisciplinary inspection teams to check and timely inspect to detect, prevent and handle violations of food safety, limit food poisoning, food-borne diseases and propose solutions to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of state management on food safety.

The Department of Health (Standing Committee of Provincial Steering Committee for Food Safety) regularly monitors, promptly synthesizes and reports the implementation results to the Provincial People's Committee.
