​To strengthen the work implementation of ensuring traffic order and safety, at the same time preventing traffic accidents related to youths and young pioneers, Provincial Traffic Safety Committee suggested that the Traffic Police force, the Public security of districts, towns and cities strengthen patrol and control, promptly detect and strictly handle violations of the traffic order and safety (TOS) law of people joining in traffic by motorbikes, motorcycles, and electric bicycles; focus on youths and young pioneers with violations such as driving a vehicle when they are underage, not having a proper driving license, not wearing a helmet, etc. At the same time, taking measures to handle responsibility for individuals who deliver motorbikes and motorcycles to children to drive when they are underage and have not yet had a driving license.

The Department of Education and Training directs educational institutions and schools in the province to work closely with students' parents to regularly remind and educate students to voluntarily abide by the law when participating in traffic; organizes the signing of a commitment on traffic safety between the school and the student's parents, and takes measures to supervise the implementation of the commitment.

The Binh Duong Provincial Youth Union strengthens coordination with the Department of Education and Training, Youth Federation to promote the role and responsibility of the Youth Union, Association, and Organization in the school in maintaining TOS; organizes activities to help youths and young pioneers improve their skills to join in traffic safely, disseminate legal knowledge about traffic safety.
