The FR of U.19 National Championship this year took place from March 30 to April 15, 2021 at Binh Duong Stadium.
Competing at this year's FR include 12 most typical teams in the group stage: Hanoi, PVF, Song Lam Nghe An, NutiFood Academy, Quang Nam, Hoang Anh Gia Lai, Binh Dinh, Becamex Binh Duong, Saigon FC, Khanh Hoa, Dong Thap, An Giang.

Regarding prize structure: Champion team with 80 million VND, runner-up with 50 million VND, third-placed teams with 30 million VND, style prize with 20 million VND, excellent player, excellent goalkeeper, top scorer with each prize of 10 million VND, etc.
Being organized since 2006, over 15 seasons, the Tournament has become a playground for young talents of country's football. The Tournament qualifier took place thrillingly and fiercely before the Lunar New Year of 2021 at 5 groups.
Mr. Cao Van Chong - Vice President of VFF said that the organization of this tournament is very important in preparing Vietnam for the upcoming Asian and international tournaments, especially for the qualifier of Olympic 2024, World Cup 2026. This will be the most attractive U.19 tournament ever when converging the best young football representatives across the country.

Representative of Binh Duong, Mr. Nguyen Khoa Hai - Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Binh Duong province said that it is very honor and proud to host the U.19 National Championship 2021 - the Vietnam's top quality youth tournament, a competition to discover talents for the national team, tightening the solidarity of localities across the country. Binh Duong will create favorable conditions for teams, audiences and newspaper and radio reporters for a successful tournament.
After the press conference, the Organizing Committee conducted a draw to divide groups and arrange the tournament's competition schedule. Accordingly, at 15:30 tomorrow (March 30) at Binh Duong Stadium, Song Lam Nghe An will play the tournament's opening match against Hoang Anh Gia Lai. At 18:00 the match between Becamex Binh Duong and PVF will take place.
Drawing to divide FR's groups of U.19 National Championship 2021
According to information from the Organizing Committee, Binh Duong Stadium will open freely to welcome the audiences into the field to cheer for competing teams. However, the Covid-19 pandemic prevention and control must be strictly implemented.
The tournament's matches on the main field will be broadcast live on YouTube channel of Thanh Nien Newspaper. Particularly the opening, semi-final and final matches will be broadcast on VTV national television.
