Digital citizens have rights in the digital environment such as right to privacy, right to express opinions, right to search and access information, etc. At the same time, also having responsibility in applying digital technologies appropriately, according to standards.

Digital security includes protection of personal data, privacy on cyberspace, protection of personal identities, from the theft and destruction of individuals with bad intentions.
