Accordingly, the key administrative reform task is built and deployed in 2021 including: 15 contents on direction and administration; 06 contents on institutional reform; 13 contents on administrative procedure reform, one-stop shop mechanism, inter-agency one-stop shop mechanism; 03 contents on reform of the administrative apparatus organization; 05 contents on building and improving the quality of the contingent of civil servants and public employees; 04 contents on public finance reform; 09 contents on administrative modernization.
Departments, boards, branches and People's Committees of districts, towns and cities based on their assigned functions and tasks to actively develop plans, organize the implementation of assigned tasks, ensure on schedule, quality, efficiency. Heads of agencies, units and localities must be responsible to the Provincial People's Committee and to Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for the assigned tasks; quarterly, every 6 months, and annually report the implementation results to the Department of Home Affairs in order to synthesize and report to the Provincial People's Committee for monitoring and directing. Develop and organize to implement the 2021 administrative reform plan of the locality and units, closely follow the contents and tasks of the 2021 administrative reform work plan of the province (the latest time to issue is on January 30, 2021). Strengthen the self-inspection, examination and supervision of administrative reform implementation at agencies and units and report the results to the Provincial People's Committee (through the Department of Home Affairs) quarterly, every six months and annually.
