The Binh Duong Television Cycling Tournament Open - Ton Dai Thien Loc Cup is held annually (since 2014). Through many times of organization, the tournament is considered one of the largest and most attractive, prestigious, successful and large-scale cycling tournaments for movement riders in the country.

Following the success of the previous tournaments, this year's Tournament will compete on four stages passing through Binh Phuoc, Long An and Tay Ninh provinces.

Speaking to open the Tournament, Mr. Nguyen Loc Ha - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized that the Binh Duong Television Cycling Tournament Open - Ton Dai Thien Loc Cup continues to be held not only contributing to response to the "All people actively train their bodies according to the example of the great Uncle Ho" movement but also a practical and meaningful activity to celebrate important events of the province and the country. The Tournament is also a traditional sport playground with large scale and quality and great pervasiveness, contributing positively to promoting the image of a dynamic, hospitable and compassionate Binh Duong.
After the opening ceremony, more than 170 riders from 14 clubs in the country started for the 1st stage from Binh Duong New City (Hoa Phu Ward, Thu Dau Mot City) to Binh Phuoc with a length of more than 100 km, which is meant to celebrate the 46th anniversary of the Phuoc Long Victory, the 24th anniversary of the Development Day of Binh Duong and Binh Phuoc provinces (January 01, 1997 - January 01, 2021).
The riders start the 1st stage
As a result, rider Nguyen Tan Bao of Team Dai Phu 1 Club and rider Nguyen Van Hieu of Ga tiem 9 Bot Thu Duc respectively won bonus points along the road in Dong Xoai town and Bu Nho commune (Phu Rieng district).
At the destination of Phuoc Long town, rider Nguyen Quoc Dung of Team Dai Phu 1 excellently finished first to win the first prize in the 16 to 40 age group. Meanwhile, the first prize of the remaining age group is rider Tran Quoc Tuan of the East-West Stone Sculpture team.
