​Accordingly, stipulate forest price brackets for protection forests, natural production forests and forests planted by the State budget in Binh Duong province.

It is applicable to State agencies, domestic units, organizations, households and individuals, overseas Vietnamese, and foreign organizations and individuals involved in management and determination and applying the price bracket for different types of forests in Binh Duong province.

The price bracket for different types of forests applies to districts and towns having forests, including: Dau Tieng district, Phu Giao district, Bac Tan Uyen district, and Tan Uyen town.

The price bracket of different types of forests is determined by the common valuation method for protection forests and production forests owned by the entire people according to the provisions of Circular No. 32/2018 /TT-BNNPTNT dated November 16, 2018 of The Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development prescribing the forest valuation method; forest price brackets and other relevant legal regulations.

The price bracket for different types of forests in Binh Duong province is the basis to use in the following cases: Determining the total economic value of forests and implementing the provisions of the Law on Forestry.

The Provincial People's Committee decides to adjust the price brackets of different types of forest in the following cases: When there is an adjustment of the forest use planning, in case there is an increase or decrease of more than 20% compared to the current price for a continuous period of 06 (six) months or more.
