Creating absorption
In 2020, the province continued boosting the progress of establishing and expanding IPs and ICs. Especially, the province will strengthen the progress of establishment of hi-tech and auxiliary industrial park while making support policies and encouraging industrial production facilities in the southern region to change to hi-tech and trade-service and urban development in line with the local development plan.
Accordingly, apart from developing industrial parks in the southern region, the province has reached a strong shift in industrial manufacture in the northern region. As planned, North Tan Uyen district's total area for urban and industrial parks after 2020 will be around 2,208 hectares with 5 IPs and 1 IC. The result is due to the local traffic infrastructure system with modern and synchronous development. Whilst, Phu Giao district also approved the planning of 5 ICs with 307 hectares. So far, Tam Lap 1 IC has been built with more than 68 hectares. The remaining 4 ICs are fulfilling procedures for construction in the coming time.

Thanks to having a well-built infrastructure system with favorable connectivity, province-based IPs have been covered with the rate of more than 87%. In the coming time, the province's investment attraction into IPs will reach a positive change towards specialized, ecological and smart development.
