The conference provided and instructed participants the basic contents in making of statements and provision of information to the press of state administrative agencies such as: Skills for provision of information to the press; exposure experience, skills for making of statements with the press and the public; methods for answering interview; methods for handling and resolving the communication crisis, etc.

Speaking at the conference, Ms. Pham Thuy Ngoc Ha said, in recent years, the making of statements and provision of information to the press in the state administrative agencies of Binh Duong province has seen many positive changes, creating favorable conditions for journalists to operate, provide information in a timely, objective and accurate manner, especially for outstanding and pressing issues that are of public concern, contributing to improving the efficiency of propaganda and social public orientation. Regulations on making of statements and provision of information to the press, issued together with the Government's Decree no. 09/2017/ND-CP dated February 9, 2017, have been creating favorable conditions for agencies and units in Binh Duong province to actively provide information to the press.

The conference aims to raise awareness, equip the necessary skills for the unit's spokesperson, and help the work of information and propaganda in the province more effectively in the coming time.
