​This is applicable to households, individuals and legal entities who register secured transactions and provide information on the secured transactions with land use rights and land-attached assets as prescribed by law. Or agencies, organizations and individuals involved in registration of secured transactions, and provision of information on transactions secured by land use rights and land-attached assets.

The case of fee exemption shall comply with the Finance Ministry's regulations on the rate, collection, submission, administration and use of the fees in the registration of secured transactions.

Specifically, fee collected for registration of transactions secured by land use rights and land-attached assets is VND 80,000; registration to change the content of registered secured transaction is VND 60,000; registration of written notice about the disposal of secured property is VND 30,000; deletion of secured transaction registration is VND 20,000; issuance of a copy of the document certifying the content of secured transaction registration is VND 25,000.

Fee for registration of secured transaction and for provision of information on transactions secured by land use rights and land-attached assets are state budget revenues. The collection agency is deducted 85% to cover costs for work, services and fee collection; submits 15% into the state budget as prescribed.
