This regulation applies to districts that are recognized to meet the standards of new and advanced countryside; communes that were recognized to meet the standards of new and advanced countryside, a model new countryside, and residential areas that were recognized as a model new rural residential area in the period 2021-2025; Management Board of National Target Program on New Rural Construction of the commune, Head of the Committee, Deputy Head of the Committee and members of the Management Board of National Target Program on New Rural Construction of the commune, Hamlet Development Board; agencies, organizations and individuals involved in the construction of a new and advanced countryside, a model new countryside in Binh Duong province in the period 2021-2025.
Support level: The district was recognized and announced by the Prime Minister to meet the standards of a new and advanced countryside in form of additional investment capital of 10 billion VND / district. The commune was recognized and announced by the Provincial People's Committee to meet the standards of a new and advanced countryside in the form of additional investment capital of 02 billion VND / commune. The commune was recognized and announced by the Provincial People's Committee to meet the standards of new model countryside in the form of additional investment capital of VND 03 billion / commune. The commune has a residential area recognized and announced by the Provincial People's Committee to meet the standards of a model new rural residential area in the form of additional investment capital of 300 million VND / residential area.
Monthly support to the Head, Deputy Head of the Committee and members of the Management Board of National Target Program on New Rural Construction of a commune in the province according to following levels: Head of the committee: 600,000 VND / person / month; Deputy Head of the committee, members: 500,000 VND / person / month.
Monthly support for Hamlet Development Boards in communes implementing the National Target Program on New Rural Construction to spend on the Board's activities: 4,000,000 VND / board / month.
In cases the districts are recognized by the Prime Minister to meet the standards of new countryside after January 1, 2021, they will enjoy the support level equal to a half of the support level for districts meeting the standards of new and advanced countryside as regulations.
