The Conference listened to Dr. Le Hai Binh – Deputy Head in charge of the Central Steering Committee for External Information Work to guide knowledge and skills on external information work; providing information on Vietnam's external activities; update the Party and State's external policies and guidelines in the current context of extensive international integration. At the same time, briefing information on the world and regional situation, outstanding international issues and impacts on Vietnam. Specially emphasizing on the importance of economic linkages between countries to quickly revive the global economy before the serious impact of the Covid-19 pandemic; in which, appreciating the meaningful implementation and application of digital transformation, green growth and supply chain development.

Speaking at the conference, Ms. Truong Thi Bich Hanh - Member of the Provincial Standing Party Committee, Head of Propaganda Committee of Provincial Party Committee emphasized the importance of external information activities in recent years, contributing to building the image of Binh Duong developing dynamically, creatively, friendly and hospitable in the hearts of domestic and international friends and partners. 2020 is considered a year of turmoil for the people of the world when all of humanity is faced with great challenges caused by the Covid-19 pandemic.
However, the external information work also closely followed and promoted the spillover effects from important domestic and foreign events such as anniversaries, the 11th Party Congress of Binh Duong Province, tenure 2020-2025, the 2nd Congress of Binh Duong provincial Union of Friendship Organizations, tenure 2020-2025. She wished that the delegates attending the conference to seriously absorb and comprehend useful information, knowledge and skills in external information work. Thereby, contributing to additional knowledge, raising awareness, bravery, responsibility, quality, and efficiency in the coming time.
