The meeting approved 08 Proposals and draft resolutions, including: Adjusting a number of contents of Resolution No. 44/NQ-HDND dated December 9, 2019 of the Provincial People's Council on public investment plans in 2020; public investment plans in Binh Duong province by 2021; proposed medium-term public investment plans for the period 2021 - 2025; Regulations on areas within cities, towns, townships, residential areas where livestock are not allowed, swiftlet farming areas and policies to support relocation of livestock facilities out of areas where livestock are not allowed in the province; regulating the support levels for housing construction and repair for people with meritorious services to the revolution in the province; regulations on subsidies, social assistance in the community, in social protection establishments, social houses; support fee for care, nurturing and other social assistance policies for beneficiary of social welfare in the province; approve the payroll of civil servants in agencies of People's Councils, People's Committees in provinces, districts, towns and cities; the number of people working in the province's public non-business units and specialized associations by 2021; stipulate the number of Deputy Commanders of Military Command Committees in communes, wards and 1st class towns; the rate of allowance for hamlet, wards leaders and allowance by working day for militia and self-defense force in the province.

In addition, there are 07 contents asking for written suggestions, including 04 reports: Finalization of state budget revenues in the area, finalization of local budget revenues and expenditures in 2019; situation and results of thrift practice and waste combat in 2020; the implementation of the public investment plan in 2020 and capital plan of public investment in 2021; the implementation of citizens' right to access information in 2020. 03 Draft Resolutions: Adjusting some contents of Resolution No. 23/NQ-HDND dated July 31, 2019 of the Provincial People's Council on adjustment of medium-term public investment plan for the period 2016-2020 (the second time); promulgating the province's vocational education development plan for the period 2021 - 2025; approving the finalization of state budget revenues in the locality, and the finalization of local budget revenues and expenditures in 2019.
At the meeting, delegates basically agreed with the contents of the report, the proposals and the draft resolution; at the same time, delegates contributed some specific contents to each draft in order to have completed formality and accuracy content and compliance with regulations.

Delivering a speech at the meeting, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee – Mr. Nguyen Hoang Thao said that, with 15 drafts being approved at the meeting, it is suggested that the drafting agencies closely cooperate with relevant agencies to supplement and edit the contents to ensure persuasion, high consensus in order to pass the Provincial People's Council in meeting at the end of 2020.
