PORTAL - On the morning of November 05, at the Administrative Center of Binh Duong Province, the Delegation of the Central Inspection Commission led by Mr. Cao Van Thong - Member of the Central Inspection Commission had a meeting with the Binh Duong Provincial Party Committee on the results of the Party's inspection, supervision and discipline performance.
Welcoming and working with the delegation were Mr. Vo Van Minh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; leaders of the Inspection Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and comrades as Members of the Inspection Committee of Provincial Party Committee.
Reporting to the Delegation on the results of implementation of Decision no. 30-QD/TW dated July 26, 2016 of the Party Central Executive Committee on implementation of Chapter VII and VIII of the Party's Charter on inspection, supervision and discipline of the Party, the Inspection Committee of Binh Duong Provincial Party Committee said that over the past time, the Party Executive Committees, Party organizations and Inspection Committees in the province have thoroughly grasped, deployed and strictly implemented Decision no. 30 and documents on the inspection, supervision and discipline enforcement in the Party. Thereby, creating a positive change in awareness and actions of the Party executive committees, Party organizations, the heads of the party executive committees, cadres, party members and the people in the inspection, supervision and discipline enforcement in the Party. The Inspection Committee at all levels have many positive changes in the inspection, supervision and discipline enforcement in the Party, ensuring compliance with the Party's Charter. The Inspection Committee at all levels identified the task of inspecting Party members and Party organization when there are signs of violation as a central and regular task, so it was active in collecting information and grasping the situation to detect signs of violation and conduct timely inspection. The inspection is basically done in accordance with regulations, always focusing on verification; concluding clearly, and strictly, appropriately and reasonably handling towards the violation cases. When being inspected, the Party members and Party organizations strictly observed the reporting and presentation of the necessary contents, helping the Inspection Committee at all levels to perform the tasks smoothly and effectively.
Over the past time, the party executive committees at all levels in the province have inspected 8,460 party members and 2,870 Party organizations. Through inspection, it was discovered that there were 19 Party organizations that did not perform well, 04 party organizations and 31 party members had defects, violated the observance of working regulations, the principle of democratic concentration, the preservation of ethical qualities, lifestyle, etc. There were 703 party members being disciplined; 04 Party organizations were disciplined in the form of reprimand.
At the meeting, Binh Duong proposed the Central Government to amend and supplement a number of articles of Decision no. 30. In which, suggesting that there should be provisions on the authority and responsibility of the subject and the subject of inspection, supervision and separating into separate sections and terms for easy reference and application; there should be clearer, more specific and consistent regulations and guidance between the Party and the State in determining the authority, content and subjects in settling denunciations related to Party members; early promulgating regulations on rewarding correct whistleblowers, at the same time providing responsibilities and sanctions against wrong whistleblowers, etc.

Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Cao Van Thong said that the purpose of Delegation this time is to survey and evaluate the results achieved, difficulties and problems in the implementation of Decision no. 30, catch proposals and recommendations in order to promptly advise the Politburo and the Party Central Executive Committee to consider, amend and supplement regulations to suit the reality.
