He suggested that the Provincial Wastewater Project Management Board coordinate closely with the investor and the departments, branches, localities to closely follow the progress of project survey and appraisal as well as implementation requirements to promptly report and propose to the Provincial People's Committee; At the same time, speeding up the preparation, strictly complying with the proposed plan so that the project is implemented on schedule and effectively.

It is expected that the approval of feasibility study report is on January 31, 2021; Time for negotiation is in February 2021. The time for negotiation and approval of WB Board of Directors is in March 2021. Therefore, the province needs to pay attention to a number of issues such as reporting on social safety, environmental impact assessment; to collect data for economic and financial analysis of the project; to set up a bidding strategy according to the World Bank's regulations and a bidding plan for the project in order to shorten the time for project survey and appraisal.
