Implementing Directive no. 35 of the Politburo, Plan no. 101 of the Provincial Standing Party Committee and directing and guiding documents of the Central Government on the Party Congress at all levels towards the 13th National Congress of the Party, after a period of active, serious and responsible preparation, with the consent of the Politburo, the 11th Party Congress of Binh Duong province, term 2020-2025 takes place from October 13-15, 2020 at Provincial Exhibition and Convention Center.

Speaking thoroughly at the Preparatory session, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Tran Van Nam emphasized that, from the successes of the Party Congress at grassroots and upper level grassroots in the whole province, the draft documents of the 11th Provincial Party Committee Congress were focused on leading by the Provincial Party Committee to prepare democratically, fully, closely and seriously in accordance with the guiding spirit in Directive 35 of the Politburo and the direction guidelines of the Central Party Construction Committees. Up to now, Binh Duong has met all the conditions for organizing the 11th Provincial Party Congress. Before the official opening, the Congress held a Preparatory session for delegates to promote collective intelligence, electing the Presidium, the Secretariat and the Delegate Eligibility Appraisal Board to operate the activities in the Congress; agree on working rules and regulations, election regulations and give comments on building the agenda of the Congress scientifically and fully content; organize the division of the discussion group on the Documents of 13th National Congress of the Party, Documents of the 11th Provincial Party Congress and prepare some other contents for the official agenda of the Congress to take place as expected and with great success.
With the contents and work set out, the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee proposed the delegates to strictly execute and implement the nature of the Party, the organization, promote the sense of responsibility of each delegation, give comments and unify the content of the Preparation session to contribute to the success of the Congress. At the same time, strictly obeying the rules and regulations of the Congress, in which attention should be paid to ensuring information security as prescribed. Each delegate must uphold a sense of responsibility in discussing, voting, electing and deciding important issues of the Congress.
The Secretary affirmed that, with the responsibility to the Party Committee and people in the province, the Congress will do its best, promote democracy, wisdom, discipline, sense of responsibility, solidarity and unity for the Congress to achieve the objectives and requirements set out and ensure the success of the Congress.
Delegates vote to approve the election of the Presidium, the Secretariat and the Delegate Eligibility Appraisal Board
At the Preparatory session, the Congress elected the Presidium of 11 comrades, elected the Secretariat of 03 comrades and the Delegate Eligibility Appraisal Board to the Congress of 07 members. Mr. Tran Van Nam - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Mr. Nguyen Hoang Thao - Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Mr. Tran Thanh Liem - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and comrades in the 10th Standing Party Committee participated in the Presidium of the Congress.
This morning's session also approved the agenda, working regulations, rules of the Congress and thoroughly grasped some contents of the Party's Election Regulations, instructed and divided the discussion group to contribute draft Documents of the 13th National Party Congress and Documents of the 11th Provincial Party Congress.
This afternoon, the delegates divides into 07 groups to discuss the Congress Documents.
