The 11th Party Congress of Binh Duong Province, term 2020-2025 takes place from October 13-15, 2020, with 105 female delegates representing 17,613 female party members and thousands of cadres and civil servants, officials and employees to attend the Congress. These are excellent delegates in all fields elected by the Party Committees to the Congress.
According to the report at the meeting, at the last Congress at all levels in the province, the proportion of young and trusted female cadres elected to join in the Party Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Party Executive Committee all exceeded the target compared with Directive no. 35 of the Central Government regulated. Specifically, female cadres participating in party executive committees of grassroots reached 26.5%; of upper level grassroots reached 25.21%, up 2.56% compared with the previous term; joining the Standing Committee at upper level grassroots reached 20.28%, up 1.7% compared with the previous term; many comrades were elected to hold key positions in the party executive committee; the proportion of female cadres participating in leadership and management has increased more and more than before.
For the Personnel Project submitted to the 11th Provincial Party Congress, the female structure recommended for the Congress to consider and elect to the Executive Committee is 12/54 comrades, reaching a fairly high rate (22.22%). The proportion of female delegates attending the Congress is 105/350, accounting for 30%, higher than the previous Congresses, in which, young female delegates under 40 years old account for 32.3%.
At the meeting, the female delegates expressed their joy and excitement at the attention of the Provincial Standing Party Committee, Provincial People's Council, People's Committee, and authorities at all levels in the work of female cadres; at the same time, expressed their honor and pride in being able to represent the will, aspirations and wisdom of all female cadres and party members in the entire Provincial Party Committee to the Congress.

Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Tran Van Nam - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation acknowledged and warmly praised the achievements and positive contributions of the women towards the province's development over the years. At the same time, he requested that the female delegates promote the spirit of enthusiasm, energy, aspiration to rise, well perform the functions, tasks, powers and responsibilities of the delegates, actively participate in contributing to the Congress, contributing to the success of the Congress, deserve the faith and respect of the Party Committee for female cadres.
