Time to visit the Provincial Martyrs' Cemetery is from 6:30, October 13, 2020 (Tuesday).
Participants include leaders of the Provincial Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; Delegates attending the 11th Provincial Party Congress, term 2020-2025 and invited delegates.
The Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs is assigned to preside over, and coordinate with the Department of Culture - Sports and Tourism, the Department of Health, the Provincial Military Command, the Provincial Public Security and relevant branches to organize the ceremony to visit the provincial martyrs' cemetery to be thoughtful, dignified, safe and ensuring effective prevention and control of Covid-19 pandemic.
The Provincial Party Committee Office presides over and coordinates with relevant units to arrange buses and pick up delegates to the Provincial Martyrs' Cemetery to ensure thoughtfulness and safety.
The Provincial Public Security ensures traffic security, order and safety and arrange vehicles to guide the delegates at the visit ceremony.
