​The delegation inspected the Main hall - where the plenary sessions take place; discussion rooms; meeting room of Executive Committee, Standing Committee; Guest room of the Politburo; place to display activities pictures, photos, portraits of the Secretaries of the Provincial Party Committee through the congresses at the Provincial Convention and Exhibition Center and the Exhibition area of socio-economic development achievements, etc.

According to the report of the Provincial Party Committee Office and related departments and branches, up to now, the work contents related to logistics, security and order, health, items, works, facilities for the Congress; decoration  have been basically fully prepared and ready to organize the Congress. As for the Exhibition area of socio-economic development achievements, the site has been handed over to the units and localities to implement the work, however, due to the influence of weather, the decoration and display will completed on October 12.

Through inspection, Secretary of the Party Committee Tran Van Nam noted the contents related to the reception, the arrangement of the discussion place, the workplace of the delegates, the plan to protect the Party and State leaders from attending the Congress. In particular, it is necessary to pay attention to the work of ensuring food hygiene and safety, the communication, facilitating operations and providing timely information to press agencies. The Secretary emphasized that for the Congress to be successful, the preparation, reception, and logistics are very important. Therefore, units and individuals assigned tasks must continue to uphold their sense of responsibility, and best complete the assigned tasks in the Congress.
