On that basis, the Content Subcommittee studied and received maximum suggestions to complete the draft Political Report to submit to the Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Executive Committee for consideration and comments. In which, the preparation session started at 8:00 am, October 13, 2020; The official session opens at 08:00, October 14, 2020 and the closing session starts at 07:30, October 15, 2020. There are 350 delegates representing more than 48,500 party members from 14 Party Committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee to attent.
