Time to organize the examination: Expected in the fourth quarter 2020

Subjects registered to participate in the recruitment are cadres, civil servants and public employees who meet the criteria and conditions for appointment, are in the planning of the title of Deputy Director of the DIC and are working at the DIC. Staff, civil servants and public employees not working at the DIC, if they meet the criteria and conditions for appointment and are in the planning of the title equivalent to the title of Deputy Director of the DIC, are entitled to register to participate recruitment.

Criteria and conditions for recruitment: Ensuring the general standards of officials specified in the Resolution of the 3rd Conference of the Central Executive Committee term VIII and the specific criteria of the title of Deputy Director of the Department or equivalent. Meeting the requirements of professional qualifications, state management, political theory, foreign languages, informatics, working time and other requirements according to the regulations of the Ministry, Central branches and the Provincial Party Committee, Provincial People's Committee. Fully meeting the conditions for appointment according to general regulations on staff work. 

Examination content: Writing exam of general knowledge about the Party's policies and guidelines, the State's policies and laws in the field of IC; understanding of management skills of the IC branch; responsibilities, duties and powers of the title of Deputy Director of DIC and other contents are stipulated by the Examination Council. Presentation exam of the project on assessing the current situation, analyzing strengths, limitations, causes, forecasting development trends and proposing plans and solutions to develop the branch and the DIC; action program to implement plans and solutions of the candidate if being appointed to the examined title; skills of presentation, communication, behavior, handling management situations, leadership style; answering questions of the Examination Council and the participants.
