​Accordingly, there are 221 standardized administrative procedures under the management and settlement functions of the Department of Justice, the authority of the district and commune People's Committees in Binh Duong province. In which, 03 administrative procedures of general application; 156 administrative procedures under the management and settlement functions of the Department of Justice; 27 administrative procedures under the authority of the district People's Committee; 35 administrative procedures under the authority of the commune People's Committee.

All previous decisions which announced the list and administrative procedures under the management and settlement functions of the Department of Justice, district and commune People's Committee in Binh Duong province have ceased to be effective.
