​Accordingly, 45 administrative procedures were amended and supplemented; 05 administrative procedures were abolished within the management function of the Department of Justice and jurisdiction of the district and commune People's Committees. In particular, the administrative procedures were amended and supplemented in the fields as follows: Nationality (05 administrative procedures), authentication (22 administrative procedures), registration of security measures (18 administrative procedures); the administrative procedures were abolished in the fields as follows: Nationality (01 administrative procedure), legal popularization and education (04 administrative procedures).

Regulations on 50 administrative procedures in the fields of authentication, registration of security measures and nationality were announced by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee in Decision No. 2687/QD-UBND dated September 17, 2019 on the announcement of administrative procedures within the management function of the Department of Justice; jurisdiction of district and commune people's committees and Decision No.1009/QD-UBND dated April 10 2020 on the announcement of administrative procedures amended, supplemented and abolished in the fields of notarization and criminal records, complaints, denunciations, civil status, grassroots conciliation under the management function of the Department of Justice; the jurisdiction of the communal People's Committee was abolished.
