The ceremony was attended by Mr. Nguyen Van Loc - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of Commission for Mass Mobilization, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; leaders of provincial departments, committees, branches and more than 1,000 youth union members.
At the ceremony, delegates and youth union members offered incense, flowers, to 5,416 graves at the Provincial Martyrs' Cemetery candles to express their gratitude to the heroic martyrs who bravely sacrificed for national independence.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mrs. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Xuan - Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union affirmed that the youth of the province forever remembered the merits of heroic martyrs, which is evidenced through the programs "When drinking water, remember who dug the well", "Gratitude". Recently, the youth union members at all levels in the province have implemented many practical works such as: Taking care of martyrs' steles; caring for Vietnamese Heroic Mothers for their whole life; organizing gratitude meals, etc. In order to promote the revolutionary heroism tradition and requite services of previous generation, the youth of Binh Duong province promised to emulate in learning, training and working, volunteering, making creativity in socio-economic development and national defense, contributing to building a powerful country.
