Continuing to take appropriate measures to support investors' entry into Vietnam in a short time to handle official duties, negotiate, sign contracts, and trade investment activities. Publicizing the processes, procedures and implementing publicly and publicly the support to experts, investors, business managers, skilled workers to immigrate and work, survey investment and business opportunities in the province.

At the same time, the medical biologicals for testing, supplies and medical equipment should be fully provided for Covid-19 prevention and control; the Health Centers of districts, towns and cities should be directed to strengthen the investigation, supervision, detection and timely handling of risk factors, cases and outbreaks.
Department of Education and Training proactively coordinated to develop plans for Covid-19 prevention and control and well organized the 2020 high school graduation exam in the province to ensure safety for all students, teachers and officers in the exam.
The Provincial Public Security shall preside and coordinate with the relevant units in regularly inspecting, reviewing and handling foreigners who illegally come in the area; strictly manage foreigners who are allowed to work and reside in the locality, pay attention at the construction sites, businesses, places of study, hotels, motels, etc; make a list of all people who illegally enter the country and reside in locality and immediately apply isolation measure for them, conduct epidemiological investigation, take samples as prescribed.
