Accordingly, the Members of the Provincial People's Committee presented 12 Proposals on: Adjustments to the medium-term public investment plan for the 2016-2020 period; approving adjustment of public investment Plan in 2020; deciding investment policy of the Project on creating landscapes and preventing traffic jams on My Phuoc-Tan Van route, DT.746, DT.747B, DT.743 in the form of public-private partnership (PPP); adjusting investment policy of the project on construction of Bau Bang District Health Center with 100 beds; adjusting and supplementing Resolution no. 50/NQ-HDND dated 12/12/2019 on the list of constructions and projects in the area of land acquisition and change of purpose of land use for rice cultivation in 2020 in Binh Duong province; regulating the collection, remittance, management and use of fees for evaluation of environmental impact assessment reports and environmental improvement and restoration plan in Binh Duong province; adjusting and supplementing the number of people working in public non-business units and the Association with the specific nature of Binh Duong province in 2020; merging Quarter 1 and Quarter 2 to establish Quarter 1 in Uyen Hung Ward, Tan Uyen Town; annulling Resolution no. 05/2013/NQ-HDND8 dated July 31, 2013 of the Provincial People's Council on approving the number and implementing regimes and policies for cadres and civil servants attending communal sources in Binh Duong Province; stipulating fees for visiting historical sites, famous landscapes and Museums in Binh Duong province; stipulating the content and level of expenditure to support agricultural extension activities in Binh Duong province.
