At the conference, the delegates were propagandized and disseminated Plan No. 3647/KH-UBND dated June 3, 2016 on the performance of Directive No. 47-CT/TW of the Secretariat on strengthening the Party's leadership on FPF; disseminating law provisions on FPF and rescue, compulsory fire and explosion insurance; guiding the safety measures for FPF and rescue. According to Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan - Head of the FPF and Rescue Police Division of Provincial Public Security Department, the FPF must follow 4 basic principles. That is, mobilizing the synergy of the entire people to participate in FPF activities. In FPF activities, taking prevention as a major; must be active and proactive in preventing and minimizing fires occurring and damage caused by fire. Must be ready for forces, means, plans and other conditions so that when a fire occurs, it can be extinguished promptly and effectively. All FPF activities must first be carried out and addressed by forces and means in place.
Also at the conference, representatives of enterprises such as Nitto Denko Vietnam Co., Ltd., Sakata Inx Vietnam Co., Ltd. shared their fire and explosion prevention and fighting experience at their company.

Binh Duong is a province with many industrial zones, in the first 6 months of 2020, there were 14 fires causing damage of nearly VND 22 billion in the province. Therefore, the conference helped the heads of all levels, agencies, enterpises, labors and people in the province continue to raise awareness, role and responsibility in the complying and strictly implementing regulations of law on FPF, rescue and compulsory fire and explosion insurance. Simultaneously, more clearly identifying the importance of FPF and rescue to proactively have plan and solutions to strengthen FPF and rescue; promptly detecting and overcoming the existence and shortcomings in FPF and rescue so as to minimize the number of cases and damage caused by fire and explosion, contributing to ensure the stability of the situation of political security, social order and safety in the province.
