​Strictly implementing the Directive no. 08/CT-UBND, dated May 29, 2020 of the Provincial People's Committee on strengthening the prevention and control of natural disasters and search and rescue in 2020. Closely monitoring the warning and forecast reports on heavy rain, thunderstorms, lightning, strong winds, timely informing to the Steering Committee for Disaster Prevention, Search and Rescue in communes, wards and towns, people to proactively implement preventive measures to ensure safety for people, assets and production activities. Preparing forces, materials and means to proactively respond and overcome promptly the occurrence of thunderstorms, whirlwinds and heavy rainfall causing floods.

Directing investors of construction works, traffic works, irrigation works, water supply and drainage systems under construction, must have plans to ensure safety of people and means, equipment and construction materials, and simultaneously notify people to know hazardous areas to prevent possible accidents. Preparing forces and means to demolish cofferdam when there is a risk of flooding due to heavy rain.

Directing units managing and exploiting works of irrigation, water drainage and dykes; owners of dam and reservoir to seriously implement the steering contents of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development.​
