​Attending and directing the meeting were Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Oanh - Vice Chairman of Provincial People's Council, Mr. Trinh Duc Tai - Head of Culture and Social Affairs Board of Provincial People's Council and representatives of departments, committees, and agencies.

The Culture and Social Affairs Board of the Provincial People's Council verified 2 Reports and draft Resolution stipulating the level of expenditure and the use of funds for archeological exploration and excavation from the state budget in Binh Duong province; stipulating fees for visiting historic sites, famous landscapes and Museums in Binh Duong province.

Regarding the Reports and the draft Resolution stipulating the level of expenditure and the use of funding for archeological excavation and excavation from the state budget in Binh Duong province, through verifying, the Cultural – Social Affairs Board of the provincial People's Council realized that the content of the draft Resolution ensured proper regulations. Simultaneously, the levels of expenditure and the use of funding for archeological excavation and excavation from the state budget were suitable to the actual situation and the capacity to balance the budget. The Cultural – Social Affairs Board agreed to submit to the 15th Session - Provincial People's Council Session IX.

The Cultural – Social Affairs Board of the provincial People's Council also basically agreed on the contents stated in the draft Resolution stipulating the fees for visiting historic sites, famous landscapes and Museums in Binh Duong province. However, the Board proposed that the provincial People's Committee should amend and supplement some contents in the draft Resolution. The Cultural – Social Affairs Board proposed specific adjustments to subjects entitled to exemption or reduction of entrance fees and fee-collecting places must arrange, manage scientifically, publicly and transparently about the fee-collecting price.
