​Mr. Ho Quang Diep - Vice Chairman of Provincial People's Council attended the meeting.

The Legal Affairs Board of the Provincial People's Council presented the verification report for 03 Reports and draft Resolution. In particular, for the draft Resolution on promulgating the Resolution to annul Resolution no. 05/2013/NQ-HDND8 of the Provincial People's Council on the approval of the number and implementation of regimes and policies for cardes, civil servants attending commune-level source in Binh Duong province, considering the current situation, the Legal Affairs Board realized that the Resolution no. 05/2013/NQ-HDND8 of the provincial People's Council was necessary to abolish because the subject of regulation of the Resolution was the number of cadres and civil servants attending the commune-level source who had been assigned to the titles of cadres and civil servants and counted in the number of commune-level cadres and civil servants as regulated. The abolition of this Resolution will be the basis for the provincial People's Committee to abolish Decision 821/QD-UBND dated April 12, 2016, which is no longer consistent with the provisions of law and the actual situation in the locality.

Through verification, the Legal Affairs Board agreed with the provincial People's Committee to submit to the provincial People's Council to consider and approve the Resolution on merging Quarter 1 and Quarter 2 to establish Quarter 1 in Uyen Hung Ward, Tan Uyen Town, Binh Duong Province. However, the Legal Affairs Board proposed to amend the abstract and some contents of the draft Resolution accordingly.

The Legal Affairs Board also agreed with the contents proposed to adjust and supplement the number of people working in public non-business units and associations with specific nature in Binh Duong province in 2020.
