Speaking at the conference, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc said that while many developed countries are suffering from a huge financial burden, Vietnam has accumulated resources like recent favorable growth years. This shows that Vietnam is not too dependent on the world market, while proving that the endogenous capacity of the Vietnamese economy and the Vietnamese business community is immense. The Prime Minister emphasized that it is necessary to focus more on starting the economy, striving for GDP to achieve a growth rate of over 5% and control inflation below 4%. The plan is to focus on "5 frontiers" to restart the economy, including: Attracting investment in domestic economic sectors, attracting FDI, boosting exports, promoting public investment. , encourage domestic consumption.
