​At the working session, on behalf of Cambodian Ministry of Defense, Major General Yong Mao sent the best wishes to the Party Committee, authorities, people and army force of Viet Nam in general and of Binh Duong in particular for their help in the liberation of Cambodia and in the current gradual development and construction. Specifically, Binh Duong province also paid the trip on free consultation for miserable people, scholarship granting to Cambodian students. The province of Binh Duong also supported and cooperated with Cambodia in many areas, especially in defense, security, contributing to strengthen the long term and friendship cooperation between Viet Nam and Cambodia.
