​Accordingly, Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam agreed to allow Binh Duong People's Committee to organize low-level fireworks within 15 minutes on the evening of November 23, 2019 at the provincial Convention and Exhibition Center, right next to the Administration Center of Binh Duong Province (Hoa Phu ward, Thu Dau Mot City).

November 23, 2019 is the beginning of a series of Smart City events organized by Binh Duong from November 24 to November 26, 2019, including: Horasis Asia Meeting 2019; launching the 1022 Hotline system; announcing the World Trade Center Binh Duong New City project; launching the Center for innovation startups etc.

Horasis Asia Meeting 2019 will be held from November 24 to November 26, 2019 at Binh Duong Convention and Exhibition Center (Hoa Phu ward, Thu Dau Mot City). Horasis 2019 Binh Duong brings together more than 1,000 distinguished guests of economic groups from more than 60 countries around the world, along with guests from the Central, Ministries, branches, local leaders and senior leaders of Vietnamese businesses. The forum includes a series of dialogue sessions on regional and world economic issues, new trends in technology development etc. Following the success of the Horasis 2018 - Binh Duong, Horasis 2019 - Binh Duong Forum is organized including 04 Horasis plenary sessions, 35 Regional Dialogue focused on Asia and the sideline event is the "Horasis for all" Festival.
