​Mr. Tran Van Nam - Member of the Central Party Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Binh Duong province, Mr. Tran Thanh Liem – Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the provincial People's Committee, Mr. Vo Van Minh, Chairman of the provincial People's Council, Mr. Mai Hung Dung, Standing Vice Chairman of the provincial People's Committee co-chaired the conference. Mr. Nguyen Van Loc, Chairman of the provincial Viet Nam Fatherland Committee, Mr. Pham Trong Nhan, Vice Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Binh Duong province and leaders of departments, agencies, districts, towns and Thu Dau Mot City; representatives of 09 industries associations of the province and domestic enterprises attended the program.

Participants focused on matter concerning the human resources training especially skilled labours, social and technical infrastructures, logistics, etc.  Representatives of industries associations and enterprises expressed their sincere thanks to Binh Duong leaders for their support.
