To achieve this goal, levels and branches focus on implementing key tasks such as developing smart logistics, creating a driving force to attract high value-added enterprises, boosting production and business; developing semiconductor factory with Back-end stage; focusing on develop high quality human resources; developing science and technology industrial parks; continuing to promote Lighting LED project to localities; researching and developing a system of enterprise database management software, which is a foundation to help business management from the State more effectively and in the future can become an open database in a number of specific areas to support businesses, as a basis for supporting supply chain development.
Department of Information and Communication coordinates units calling for businesses and institutes to participate in broadband projects; promote the construction of ICT system, proceed to smart digitalization technology, develop the foundation for supply chain database and Smart City management center.
Departments: Home Affairs, Construction, Information and Communication, Planning and Investment, Industry and Trade and units advise for provincial People's Committee to implement plans such as: Developing a common database of the province's public services, building geographic information system (GIS), building and deploying the Smart City Management Center project etc., developing electronic government system, administrative reform and application of information technology in management to meet the increasing needs of people and businesses, creating a driving force for socio-economic development.
