​Mr. Kung So Phan expressed his honor to visit, send Tet wishes to cadre soldiers and people of Binh Duong. He said that Binh Duong and Kandal have cooperated in different fields, especially the supports of Binh Duong Military Command on technical aspects and facilities to Kandal Subzone. On the occasion of Lunar New Year, He wished Binh Duong's cadres, soldiers and people good health, happiness and success while confirming that the friendship between Viet Nam and Cambodia will be maintained.

On behalf of Binh Duong's leaders, Vice Chairman of provincial People's Committee Dang Minh Hung thanked Kandal's delegation for best wishes on Lunar New Year. He also thanked Kandal province's authorities for their supports over Binh Duong's enterprises working and running business in Cambodia while expecting that there will be more activities to tighten the relationship between the two provinces and countries. Mr. Hung wished good heath to Mr. Kung So Phan and delegation's members, developed and prosperous to Kandal province.
