At the reception, Mr. Alecxander Christopher Falter informed that after 3 years operational in Binh Duong, Denmark's ECCO Shoes Manufacturing Company has decided to invest in its new factory in Bau Bang IP on the area of 12 hectares with the capital of USD 90 million. This is the sixth factory of the company in Viet Nam and is scheduled to inaugurate by 2020. He thanked BInh Duong's authorities for their support over the building project and compromised to operate in accordance with laws of Viet Nam, to take care of laborers, to protect the environment and to join activities of the locality.

With his concerns over the project of ECCO, Chairman of provincial People's Committee Tran Thanh Liem expected the project being promptly put into operation. He said Binh Duong's authorities will continue improving the infrastructure, specially the infrastructure of transportation.

In the evening of the same day, Chairman of provincial People's Committee Tran Thanh Liem received Arnoud Van Der Berg, General Director of Friesland Campina Viet Nam who came to say farewell on the end of his official term and introduced Mr. Berend Can Wel, newly appointed General Director of Friesland Campina Viet Nam.

Mr. Arnoud Van Der Berg informed the achievements of the company. In 2018, the company exported its products to 10 countries in Asia. With its target of sustainable development, the company has been chosen in the List of Green of Binh Duong in 2018. In the coming year, the company will renovate and improve its products quality and design to meet the demand of customers and to boost exporting the products. He thanked Binh Duong's authorities for their constant supports over the company's operation.
