With a planned total investment of project is more
than 20,000 billion Dongs, Becamex Binh Phuoc Industrial Complex and Urban Zone
project will be implemented in Chon Thanh District, Binh Phuoc with the total
area of 4600 hectares, of which 50 % land fund for urban and service construction;
50% for industrial development.
The project is planned to include industrial parks,
residential areas, and resettlement, which are designed and constructed in
accordance with modern and synchronous standards such as internal and external system
traffic connection, electricity, water supply, telecommunications, wastewater
treatment, greenery, ecological lakes, etc. ... to best serve for residents and investors.
The combination of building hard infrastructure, soft
infrastructure and social infrastructure will create a harmonious development space
between industry - urban - service, meeting urgent demands of investors, creating
stable jobs and an important step in the process of economic and social
development of Binh Phuoc province towards industrialization and modernization.
