BEGIC - Early May 15th, in Thu Dau Mot city, Becamex IDC and Warburg Pincus Group, the leading private equity firm inaugurated its new joint venture company, BW Industrial.
Distinguished guests at the events included Tran Van Nam, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of provincial Party Committee, Head of provincial National Assembly delegation; Tran Thanh Liem, Tran Thanh Liem, Vice-Secretary of provincial Party Committee, Chairman of provincial People's Committee; Mai Hung Dung, Member of Provincial Standing Party Committee, Standing Vice Chairman of Provincial People's Committee and representatives if provincial departments and sectors.
The new company has total capital of over USD 200 million and will develop industrial estate and logistics facilities for lease.

Addressing the inaugural ceremony, Nguyen Van Hung, chairman of Becamex IDC emphasized that the new joint venture's focus is to support sustainable industrial development in Vietnam and become strategic investor in the global supply chain. With its role to provide services to other economic sectors, BW aims to satisfy the rising demand for modern logistics and industrial real estate platform of investors.
