​Accordingly, The Management Board of Binh Duong Smart City Project will enhance cooperation of Triple Helix model on all aspects. The provincial Foreign Affairs Department will cooperate with the Office of provincial People’s Committee, Becamex IDC, the Office of Smart City, relevant organs to suggest organizing great events related to building Binh Duong into smart city in 2018. The events include the 20th anniversary of establishment of WTA (World Technopolis Association), Horasis Asian Economic Cooperation Forum, the third Binh Duong Smart City Conference. In 2018, Binh Duong will officially apply for joining ICF Smart 21, strive to make better results in all aspects compared to 2017, improve and bring into full play the local strong points according to evaluation of ICF experts.

The Office of Smart City will continue to play its role as a connector for Brainport Group of Netherlands, organs of the management Board, the Triple Helix Advising Council.

The Office of provincial People’s Committee and the Office of Smart City will join hands to support the management board, deploy the guidance to members. In addition, the organs will sketch out plans, measures…for implementing the project.

The provincial departments, sectors, universities, institutes, Becamex IDC Corp. will follow the tasks assigned to build detailed plans and send reports to the Management Board. The deadline will be on April 15th 2018.
