Since the " One-door, interconnected one-door mechanism" has been applied in Binh Duong in 2015, it has proved to be a truly breakthrough solution in administrative reform, contributing to heightening serving quality, solving administrative procedures and making people and enterprises satisfied. To date, 100% of professional agencies at provincial level and administrative units at district, town levels under the provincial administration have launched this mechanism with gradually better quality. According to statistic figures, from 2015 to September, 2017, the whole province received over 3.7 million administrative procedures via the " One-door, interconnected one-door mechanism". 94.6% of the administrative files were handled before and on schedule at provincial level. While the figure was 99.77% on average for district and town levels. In the first 11 months of 2017, departments, branches and sectors at the public administrative center received and solved 128,955 files. About 96.91% of which were solved on time while the rest 3.09% went behind schedule. To date, 100% of administrative procedures are provided at level 2 and 116 administrative procedures at levels 3 and 4, hitting the rate of 7% among the totalnumber of administrative procedures

Binh Duong makes good application one-door, interconnected one-door mechanism
Along with that, since 2015, Binh Duong province has returned results of administrative procedures to addresses of people and enterprises via postal service. Till the end of October, 2017, the province already received and returned results of solving 352,072 administrative procedures of various kinds at district level via post offices.
At the conference, the provincial Indicator Assessment Council announced results of 2016 administrative reform indicators. According to that, the Department of Science and Technology kept taking the lead among local departments and sectors; Thu Dau Mot city topped the list at district level and Chanh Nghia ward in Thu Dau Mot city led communal level in terms of Binh Duong's 2016 administrative reform indicator.

In his guidance speech at the conference, Chairman of the provincial People's Committee Tran Thanh Liem stressed that local effective application of " One-door, interconnected one-door mechanism" has largely contributed to promoting socio-economic development of the province. The results of Binh Duong's 2016 administrative reform indicators clearly reflect the good outcome of steering, running and launching the application of administrative reform, including the role and political will of the heads of agencies and localities in the province.
Chairman of the provincial People's Committee asked departments, branches and sectors, People's Committees at district and communal levels to be more drastical in reorganizing the administrative disciplines and rules. They were asked to heighten the chiefs' role and responsibility in launching the application of " One-door, interconnected one-door mechanism". Chairman of the provincial People's Committee also expected that the administrative procedures would be further rechecked and simplified in all fields along with stepping up propaganda on administrative reform and administrative procedures via mass media for people to be aware of the implementation.
On this occasion, the provincial People's Committee awarded certificates of merit to 19 teams for their excellent achievements in launching the application of " One-door, interconnected one-door mechanism" and 18 other teams for their good results in terms of administrative reform indicators in 2016.
