Experts to the workshop have all agreed that a smart city has to satisfy the smart management criteria on living condition, traffic, government and environment. Therefore, it requires smart infrastructure in all fields of traffic, energy, construction, social order and security, environment, and breakthrough in digital revolution… In addition, it is needed to link data of all fields for the sake of economic development, living condition enhancement…basing on the development of social resources and information technology and communication.
