​The plan aims at, till the end of 2021, bringing labor law propaganda and dissemination and legislative regulations related to enterprises’ operation to over 95 % of employers. Over 85% of workers will have opportunities to access to labor laws and regulations related to rights and obligations in line with legislation.

Binh Duong Department of Labor, War Invalid and Social Affairs in cooperation with related sectors and mass organizations, the management board of provincial industrial zones, the provincial cooperative Alliance, Binh Duong Radio and Television, Binh Duong Newspapers, Binh Duong Portal, and the people’s committees of districts, towns and Thu Dau Mot city to organize activities of legislative enforcement on  laws of labor, social insurance, labor safety and hygiene, related documents of ministries and government, the circulars of the ministry of labor, war invalid and social affairs …to laborers, employers in all types of enterprises, cooperatives running in the mode of enterprises. The plan also focuses on training and fostering union carders of all levels in law enforcement skills.
