Today, People's Committee of Binh Duong province organizes a dialoguewith foreign investors(English speaking countries)to inform about the situation of socio-economic and foreign investment attraction of the province in 2016 and the first 9 months of 2017;simultaneously listen to opinions and suggestions from businesses, the Consul General andthe Business Association.
On behalf of provincial leaders, I would like to send best wishes and warmest greetings to the Consul General, the Association along with investors and delegates attending at the Dialogue today.

In 2016 and the first 9 months of 2017, the global and national economy still faced many difficulties and challenges; however, with dignity and direction of provincial leaders; efforts of all levels and branches; sympathy and support of people and business community;the socio-economic situation in the province continued to grow steadily, economic structure shifted in right direction.Socio-economic infrastructure is concernedto synchronous investment and gradual modernization;social security is guaranteed, people's life is improved and enhanced, political security, social order and safety are maintained and stable.
The province has mobilized many investment sources, especially foreign direct investment source; this is an important source for boosting the economy. In 2016 and 9 months of 2017, the Province has attracted 4 billion 305 million US dollars of foreign investment;Accumulate to September 15th 2017, the province has 2.997 valid foreign investment projects with a total registered capital of 27 billion 735million US dollars (currently, Binh Duong ranks 2nd among 63 provinces and cities in terms of attracting foreign investment).
The results achieved as above are thanks to the positive contribution of people and business community;including the contributions of businesses, the Associations as well as the Consul General.On behalf of provincial leaders, I would like to express my sincere thanks and appreciation for the positive contribution of businesses, the Associations and theConsul General to socio-economic development of the province.

The purpose of the Dialogue is to meet, listen to ideas, recommendations and suggestions from businesses, the Consul General and the Association; thereby find solutions to promote favorable, efficiency and sustainability development for production activities of businesses.
At the Dialogue today, relevant provincial departments and agencies received comments and suggestions from businesses, the Associations and the Consul General; relevant departments and agencies of the province have received and commented to answer, explain into the focus issues and solved most of opinions, recommendations and problems of businesses;
In the coming time, the province will continue to focus on improving investment environment, enhancing competitiveness and boosting the support to promote the development of investment businesses in the province in general;especially the business community using English in particular. The province will focus resources to invest in improving socio-economic infrastructure systems such as: transportation, water supply, electricity and environmental treatment etc., conduct expansion plan for industrial parks, fresh land for investment attraction.Implement human resource training, construction of social housing, housing for workers, to supply sufficient and timely labor resources for businesses to invest in the province;
Binh Duong Authorities are committed to further promote administrative reform to ensure openness, transparency and simplicity; creating the most favorable conditions for investors. Focus on developing high quality services to meet business requirements and demand for industrial, urban development of the province.In addition, the province will strengthen the direction of all levels and branches to ensure political security, social order and safety; creating conditions for businesses to invest and work in Binh Duong.
On this occasion, I would like to express my sincere thanks to the ConsulGeneral, the Association and business community for their great affection and contribution to the industrialization of Binh Duong province in recent years.I hope that, in the coming time the Consul General, the Association and businesses will continue to accompany and share with the Binh Duong Authorities in resolving difficulties and problems in the process of business investment. With the spirit of the success of business community is also the success of Binh Duong province.
