The supplementary plan of housing support policy for provincial underprivileged household in 2011 will be based on the regulation of “Nation support, community aid and household contribution” to construct a minimum area house of 24m2 with its age of more than 10 years.
New house building to be afforded 20 million VND, house reparation to be supperted 10 million VND. Moreover, Vietnam bank for social policies will make a loan of 15 million VND for the new building and 10 million VND for the repaired house.
Beneficial occupier is the underprivileged people (according to the Decision 49/2010/QD-UBND dated December 22, 2010 of Binh Duong People’s Committee on regulations of poverty line in Binh Duong province in the period 2011-2015) resident in Binh Duong province from more than 5 years; householder’s age is from 40 years old; not possess house or have a temporary, damaged house; household not belong to house beneficial pursuant to the Decision 134/2004/QĐ-TTg dated July 20, 2004 of the Prime Minister on support policies of agriculture production land, land and water for poor minority capita and beneficial from other support policies.

In the end of the meeting, Vice Chairman Tran Thanh Liem requested the districts and towns to recheck the poor household list, define beneficial occupiers to report to related departments in order to complete plan as proposed.
According to the report of the housing support policy’s implementation for underprivileged household from Bin Duong Construction department, after two years (2009 - 2010) to, Binh Duong province had newly builder 1,370 houses of affection worth more than 26 billion VND. Following the inspection of districts and towns Executive Board of poverty alleviation Program, in the whole province, there are 1,484 poor households who cannot afford to build their own house under the Binh Duong new poverty line until July 2011.
