Dialogue with enterprises in VSIP 1, 2 and 2A

BEGIC - Vietnam - Singapore Customs branch under Binh Duong Customs Department held a dialogue with more than 280 enterprises that are doing customs procedures in the areas of Vietnam – Singapore industrial park 1, 2 and 2A.
    
At the meeting, representatives of Vietnam - Singapore Customs branch introduced some relevant regulations, procedures in implementing customs procedures according to Decision 1966 / QD-TCHQ of the General Department of Customs dated July 10th 2015 and will take effect from August 15th 2015; some regulations on accounting procedures for exported goods in accordance with Circular 38/2015/TT-BTC; some regulations on tax refund, tax exemption…
   
   
    
Representatives of enterprises raise their questions
    
 
In addition, the customs branch informed enterprises about customs procedures issues of exported, processed goods, because these were the most common type related to most companies operating in Binh Duong.
 
In the dialogue with enterprises, more than 50 questions related to Circular 38/2015/TT-BTC, Circular 12/2015/TT-BTC, Circular 44/2013/TTLT-BCTBKHCN… were raised by enterprises. Additionally, 20 companies questioned about specialized examination, procedures of tax refund for exported goods, procedures of adjusting quota after clearance of goods, procedures of reporting balance sheet for exported goods, declaring according to appendixes of Circular 38/2015/TT-BTC, reporting balance for machinery, equipment, raw materials of processing enterprises, reporting balance for domestic and imported raw materials…

Questions of enterprises were answered satisfactorily by leaders of Binh Duong Customs Department, Vietnam - Singapore Customs branch. Particularly, problems beyond their competence will be reported to the General Department of Customs to have appropriate solutions. Also at the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Truong Giang, Deputy Director of Binh Duong Customs Department, suggested that any problems that were not solved timely by customs branches should be reported to Binh Duong Customs Department, then customs branches, officials obstructing business activities will be handled strictly.
