In the first quarter of 2015, Binh Duong had additional VND3,835bn in registered capital of local enterprises, lifting the number of domestic businesses in Binh Duong up to 18,001 with the total capital of VND136,506bn. Also in the same quarter, Binh Duong attracted more US$402mn in FDI capital, lifting FDI capital into the locality up to over US$20.8bn with 2,440 businesses. Binh Duong has thus far been one of provinces leading in industrial infrastructure. Besides, Binh Duong’s human resources is very well. Thanks to advantages, we believe in Binh Duong’s developing potential and invest in the locality in long term”. Regarding the local administration’s care for enterprises, Mr.Rober Ng shared that in the past year Sakata Inx Vietnam Co.Ltd in Binh Duong unfortunately suffered a fire. After that Binh Duong administration supported the company timely and encouraged the company’s leaders. Therefore, the company has recently increased investment capital up to US$7mn for print ink production, lifting the company’s investment capital to US$21.5mn.

Local leaders and departments and agencies timely support enterprises when enterprises face difficulties. Park Jin Ku, chairman of Korean business association in Binh Duong assessed that Binh Duong possesses a modern infrastructure facility and simple administration procedures, bringing many advantages for investors. Therefore, many Korean businesses have decided to invest strongly in Binh Duong. Meanwhile, Marcus IP, director of Nam Phuong Textile Co.Ltd. said that the company enjoys care and assistance from the provincial authority during its investment process. Therefore, the enterprise has spurred its progress of construction to inaugurate a US$120mn fiber production plant in this year.
