At the reception, Mr.Park Noh Wan thanked provincial leader for his welcome while hoping that the two sides would have meetings to promote bilateral cooperation as well as removing difficulties of South Korean enterprises operating in Binh Duong. He also suggested provincial People’s Committee to create favorable conditions for the Binh Duong-based South Korean Business Association to build its headquarters.

Besides, he spoke highly of the efforts by provincial People’s Committee in dealing with the local incident in mid 2014. He thanked for the province for its support to South Korean enterprises hit by the incident
On behalf of provincial People’s Committee, Mr.Nam congratulated the new Consulate General to HCM city and hoped that on his new position, Mr.Park Noh Wan would well fulfill entrusted tasks, further contributing to promoting the relations of fine friendship and cooperation between Vietnam and South Korea in general and between Binh Duong and South Korea in particular.

He also completely agreed with proposals by the South Korean Consulate General while wanting that provincial leaders and South Korean enterprises would get deeper mutual understanding through the meetings. He added that provincial People’s Committee has always created best conditions for South Korean enterprises to effectively work in the province and hoped that they would get involved in the local hi-tech agricultural production models.
