Ambassador of Finland in Vietnam- H.E. Mr. Kimmo Lähdevirta; Vice Chairman Tran Thanh Liem; Vice Chairman Huynh Van Nhi, leaders of departments; branches; businesses and guests attended the ceremony.
At the exhibition, 100 posters with rich content to promote national and international importance events of Finland, such as the Olympic Games in Helsinki in 1952, the tourism industry, the types of fairs and national exhibitions, promote social issues (including traffic safety, alcohol movement, the anti-narcotics, environmental protection) and other issues. The posters are exhibitedin this exhibition by Mr. Kari Savolainen - Lahti Museum Management selected from the collection of the Museum. They are designed and printed in Vietnam by Graphic Designers Claude Jacquelin.
In his opening speech, Ambassador of Finland H.E. Mr Kimmo Lähdevirta said that the traditional relations of friendship and good cooperation between Vietnam and Finland in 40 years are constantly consolidated and developed positive in many fields. The exhibition is an important part of the activities to celebrate the 40th anniversary of establishing diplomatic relations between Finland and Vietnam in 2013. The beautiful posters show on the development of Finland from the beginning of independence.
The exhibition will bring to the people of Vietnam in general and Binh Duong province in particular vivid image about the country and the people of Finland. This is an opportunity for the people of Binh Duong get conditions to perceive culture and poster art tradition beauty of Finland, and with additional information on the process of industrialization, the growth of trades and Tourism of Finland.
The exhibition will last until the end date of November 22, 2013.
