At the meeting, units had contributed their ideals to the content of the plan such as the name of the festival, contests, competitions, fairs as well as to the time, places to organize the programs of the festival in a proper way, for the purpose of expressing specialities of Binh Duong province, at the same time, to mobilize other provinces to participate.
Through the ideals of units, Vice Chairman Huynh Van Nhi emphasized that the aim of the festival was safe, saving, effective and popular among tourists inside and outside the province. He was unanimous in the time of organizing the festival from May 30, 2014 to June 04, 2014 and focusing on Double Five festival. The place to organizing is at Hung Dinh ward, Thuan An town. The theme of the festival is “Lai Thieu – the season to meeting together”, the fruit fair with the theme “the sweet of Southern fruit”. Apart from the seminar with the provincial scale, it is possible to organize the seminars with smaller one. The department of Culture, Sports and Tourism combines with the one of Information and Communications to hold a press conference to inform the contents of the festival to news agencies.
